Joel Vendette is the Executive Director for the nonprofit, Home For A Home. Their mission is building better future, one home at a time. They do so by providing housing and support for the underserved families in Guatemala to empower them to break free from the cycle of poverty. Over one million people live below the poverty line. 52% of the country's population lives on less than $2.00 a day. They don't have access to clean water, basic sanitation, or adequate housing. That's where Home For A Home has stepped in to make a difference. Woring in real estate and having a personal belief in volunteering and giving back, aligned him perfectly for Home For A Home. He uses his real estate business to provide for those in need. Their motto is "Building better futures, one home at a time."
