Sarah Chapman is a mover and shaker whose heart is tied to Benin, West Africa. In 2012 she started a non-profit, Build A Better Benin. Her focus is on healthcare and education for women and children living in Benin, West Africa. Sarah has a nursing degree, with a specialty background in neonatal and pediatric ICU, and has developed many pediatric hospice programs in the non-profit sector as well.
When she is not in Benin, Sarah splits her time between London and San Francisco as a Director of International Channel Sales for a medical device biotech company, called Christie Medical, and is in the process of launching a new startup firm in the medical technology space. She currently sits on the board of 2 different entities, both in the private sector, as a business advisor and charitable expert.
Sarah is an adventure seeker who loves snowboarding, a good afrobeats/Dancehall DJ. For excitement, she likes going great white shark diving. And, if you can’t find her, chances are she is somewhere dancing to a new Spotify playlist while at a Burningman event.
