Paraphrasing David's analysis: "AARO -- especially its current Director -- are 'up to their eyebrows in an "Emily Dickinson-type" Disclosure process' ... because, the REAL information released in the Report is hidden in--" An "EMBEDDED MATHEMATICAL CODE!"
