Receiving a demand letter from G&G Closed Circuit Events, Inc. for illegally broadcasting a commercial pay-per-view boxing event is a serious matter that requires immediate attention. G&G Closed Circuit Events is a company, similar to Joe Hand Promotions, that holds exclusive commercial distribution rights for certain sports broadcasts, including boxing and mixed martial arts events. The demand letter will usually detail the specific event that your restaurant allegedly broadcasted without a proper commercial license. The letter often includes:
The date and time of the event. Information about how G&G obtained evidence of the unauthorized broadcast (such as through an investigator who visited your establishment). Claims under the Federal Communications Act (FCA), specifically sections 605 and 553, which prohibit unauthorized reception and exhibition of cable or satellite signals. Defending Against the Allegations
If you choose to contest the claims, you’ll need to hire an attorney experienced in handling these types of cases. Possible defenses might include:
Proving that you had a valid commercial license at the time of the broadcast. Demonstrating that the broadcast was unintentional (though this can be difficult to prove). Arguing that the event was broadcast by mistake, perhaps by a third-party contractor without your knowledge or consent. However, courts tend to be strict in these cases, as the unauthorized interception of PPV signals is usually considered intentional and difficult to "accidentally" accomplish.

Verna Melton, on September 3rd, accepted Commissioner Elber Garcia's Resolution. " I am pleased, honored, and humbly accept this resolution, which all Dallas County Commissioners have approved." She reminded them not only her son, as reported by the Dallas Morning News reporter Mark Seibel; over 5,000 Black Boys had been misplaced in a program to receive federal dollars.
Also, she recalled the time in 1980 when Congressman Jim Maddox contacted us to arrange a meeting with Mr. Sam Cornelius, the chairman of the USDA. He selected us to distribute surplus cheese and butter. Mr. Lipscomb reached out to our friend Pete Schiekels, the CEO of Shepps Dairy at that time, for assistance with storage. Mr. Schiekels helped us to utilize the Affords Refrigeration warehouse on Industrial at Cadiz. We distributed cheese and butter at the Judy Lott Center, the Parking Lot at Fair Park, and Fort Worth -Wesley Chapel AME Church, paving the way for establishing the first North Texas Food Bank. With our documentation, we assisted our friends MT "Buddy" Minyard, Jack Evans, and many other grocery owners in implementing the first North Texas Food Bank.
My husband and I were contacted to help a family staying in a Shamrock service station restroom on the corner of Hatchett and Scyene in South Dallas. We brought them to our center, where they remained at the Judy Lott Center for ten days until the Board Members pitched in to pay for an apartment and assisted them with furniture. With the help of our board members Carolyn Taylor (wife of Mayor Starke Taylor) and Annette Strauss (Mayor Pro Tem), we could document that only the YMCA and the Salvation Army assisted homeless men, not women or children. With our documentation, we assisted Mayor Taylor with raising funds for the Austin Street Shelter and Annette Strauss with the second shelter to help mothers with children.

The junta in Niger wants American soldiers out - Russian backed
The United States are withdrawing from Niger because their recent junta is now being equipped by Russia. Some Niger citizens think America is only in their to look after the diamond, uranium and gold industry.
US Deputy Secretary of State Kurt Campbell and Nigerien Prime Minister Ali Mahaman Lamine Zeine met on Friday, the reports said, with Washington committing to begin planning an “orderly and responsible” withdrawal of its troops from the country.
The US built a military base in Niger to combat armed groups that pledged allegiance to al-Qaeda and ISIL (ISIS) in the Sahel region, which also includes Burkina Faso and Mali.
The major airbase in Agadez, some 920km (572 miles) from the capital Niamey was used for manned and unmanned surveillance flights and other operations.
Known as Air Base 201, it was built at a cost of more than $100m. Since 2018, it has been used to target ISIL fighters and Jama’at Nusrat al-Islam wal Muslimeen (JNIM), an al-Qaeda affiliate.
While maintaining a line of communication with the military government in Niger, the US military had started preparing for the possibility of having to withdraw, with US General James Hecker saying last year that Washington is probing “several locations” elsewhere in West Africa to station its drones.
African leaders have been forced to accept and take bribes for their own survival.

Probate Victims United - Biden’s Supreme Court Reforms Are Far Overdue- S1 E3

President Joseph Robinette Biden Jr. was motivated to bring these reforms because the U.S. Supreme Court ruled that a President has full immunity for “official” acts while acting as President. He was hoping that the U.S. Supreme Court would continue the illegal “Lawfare” that has continued against Trump ever since he was elected President. Trump has been convicted for multiple criminal charges that were brought against him illegally in an effort to “frame him up” on ridiculous charges!
It is the opinion of this writer that these U.S. Supreme Court reforms put forth by President Joseph Robinette Biden Jr. are disingenuous at best! They are far too little and much too late. Especially for the Probate Courts.
