Well-being is our natural state. This is Who We Are, at our core. Developing an awareness of our natural state of being-how do I know if I'm aligned with my well-being?-is easy to do and critical in times like these. The current COVID-19 pandemic has many of us resisting our natural state of well-being, when what we really want is to find a way to allow our natural state. There'sn a very simple way to know "where you are," and I'll go into detail about that on tonight's podcast.
