Join Anna Banguilan as she has a creative conversation with award winning artist, Anita Gill Stewart. Anita uses her art to enlighten and encourage us to relook at our environment to see new worlds. Currently she uses travel maps as her main medium and mixes “recipes” of water color crayons, ink and dry pigment to achieve intriguing portraits on maps, seascapes, landscapes and as well as fantasy impressionistic pieces, all demanding a closer look. Her unusual creative map art asks the viewer: Do you know where you are going? How will you get there? Work from her solo international travel cries out: Why not seek adventure?
