Join Anna K. as she interviews...Jessica Pass!
Jessica Pass is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in both California and Texas. Over the past 8 years, she has worked within a variety of mental health settings, such as, residential treatment centers, intensive-outpatient programs, substance abuse programs and private practice.
Jessica is currently attending The Center for Psychoanalytic Studies in Houston to further her training in child and adolescent development, psychotherapy and attachment. Previously, Jessica completed her M.S. in Marriage and Family Therapy at Fuller Graduate School of Psychology in Pasadena, CA and attended Texas A&M University for her undergraduate degree.
Over the past few years, Jessica has completed several certifications in addition to her degrees. She is a Certified Parent Coordinator, helping divorced parents with co-parenting plans and recently completed training with The Daring Way™, a research based curriculum developed by Brene Brown, PhD that focuses on shame resilience, authenticity and vulnerability.
In addition, Jessica strongly believes in wellness from the inside-out, emphasizing the importance of regular exercise, mindfulness practices and proper nutrition in addition to promoting emotional health. Jessica is a regular blog contributed for a health studio in Houston and hopes to one day open a wellness institute offering services that collectively integrate the body, mind and soul in a supportive and thriving community model.
Currently, Jessica’s private practice is focused primary with teens, couples and individuals desiring to better understand themselves in the context of their relationships.
