USR: guest co-host Jake Pentland

Jake Pentland ("The Jake Pentland Show") joins as guest co-host for the evening. Tonight's Talker: should we be paying our children to go to school? A Cincinnati high school started a program in February that pays its students to go to school, as reported by NPR. 90 percent of students in the Dohn Community High School currently live in
poverty and fewer than 20 percent are from two-parent households.
