Pastor Carmen Jhaye, Founder of Lifestyle of Victory Ministries shares visions

Carmen gave her life to God at the tender age of 16 and began singing on the praise and worship team at the Christian Fellowship Center – Cleveland, Ohio where she served as a praise and worship leader for five (5) years. 

Carmen has been music director for various churches and public institutions for over 25 years, including the Binghamton University Gospel Choir, upstate New York. 

She was ordained as a minister at the House of Jubilee Ministries, Euclid, Ohio in 2006 and served as director of music there for five (5) years until moving to Los Angeles, CA in 2011. .Carmen taught Bible study for three (3) consecutive years before being ordained in 2015 as a minister in the state of California. She served as Senior Pastor for New Dawn Ministries, Pasadena, CA, under the leadership of Bishop Henry A. Johnson for two years before launching Lifestyle of Victory Ministries and was featured on the cover of Ekklesia Magazine (June 2016 issue) for her leadership and influence in the community. 

As a creator/inventor, Carmen has been recognized in the Pasadena NOW, and various news outlets for her invention (The Lady Ego, a personal protection device). She’s also a licensed real estate agent in the state of California and is a recent graduate of Ohio Christian University, graduating (Cum Laude – with praise) and receiving her Bachelor degree in Leadership and Ministry. 

Carmen is currently working to spread the gospel of Jesus Christ through, film, television and the arts. This year she is launching Bible Study again in the city of Pasadena and will be releasing her clothing line entitled Vaparo...Stay Tuned!
