259: Giving back to coaching w/ Justin Grandenetti

Joe and special co-host Tom Cerny are joined by Justin Grandenetti who is a Teacher and a Football Coach at Jack Britt High School, Justin talks about what spurred his passion for coaching, his experience coaching high-school football, and his desire to give back to the coaching community. During the pandemic, Justin hosted live online Zoom clinics produced by and for coaches around the world. The global platform has now hosted over 350 clinics and it continues to foster authentic connections between the coaching community. Justin has also launched a platform called Gridiron Gigs to specifically help coaches with their job search throughout the country.
