Pamela Wheerler joins Joe and Tom to talk about leadership and her experiences leading the WNBA. Pamela is the first woman ever to lead a professional sports union in the United States and, as director of operations for the Women’s National Basketball Players Association, she has negotiated the first four collective-bargaining agreements for WNBA players.

Pamela talks about her experiences at the WNBA from the CBA discussions to her work with the athlethes. She also shares general leadership lessons and talks about her new role as a professor at Columbia University's Sports Management program.
