Scott Carmichael joins Joe and Tom this week for a conversation on Sport’s recruiting. Scott Carmichael, An industry veteran with nearly 40 years experience in the sports business, founded Prodigy Sports in 2007. Now entering his 10th year leading the agency, Carmichael has established Prodigy Sports into one of the nation’s premier boutique executive search firms, working with a roster of clients that reads like a Who’s Who in the sports world, including five of the most valuable sports franchises in the world.
Scott talks about his life prior to Prodigy sports, from being a ballboy when he was a teenager all the way to his work with the NHL. Scott also talks about the talent recruiting business, more specifically his work with his company Prodigy Sports. Scott ends the conversation with some tips for people looking to build their recruiting profile.
