Obama "Not Bluffing" on his goal of "Executive-Action" with Immigration

So, let me get this straight . . . If the democrats and/or the president "Want It", then it is up to Congress to lay down and just give it to them, because THEY want it?  Whatever happened to Congressional due-process?  It is up to Congress to make those decisions, right, wrong, good, bad or indifferent.  It is still up to Congress to pass the laws, not the democratic party or any president.
