Matthew Embury, our official IndyCar contributor and from WSBT in South Bend, starts us off talking some Indy500 practice, Fast Friday and Qualifications this weekend...there is even a rumor he will be brining us his famous field of 33! Matthew then switches hats and help us breakdown some NASCAR.

Our host Tom Marquis will hold down the fort talking all sorts of sports until he is joined by Ed Kracz, beat writer for the Philadelphia Eagles and SI.com and our official NFL contributor. They will be doing some talking about the NFL and I'm sure a little CFB will make it's way in as well.
