Vasyl Lomachenko vs. Guillermo Rigondeaux: Winner Takes All Bet Bogus?

Vasyl Lomachenko vs. Guillermo Rigondeaux still seems to be in impossible phase, however Vasyl Lomachenko recently put out a “Winner Take All Bet” to Rigondeaux. Rigondeaux has fired back on social media with memes saying it’s all code for ducking, and that team Lomachenko still doesn't want the fight. 

Is the bet real?
