Nes The Beeb and Mario sit down to discuss the trending hot topic of Miguel Cotto-James Kirkland On PPV ???...Why??? as well as Wilder-Povetkin, Lomachenko-Walters rumors cleared by The Beeb during his conversation.

On today’s show, the panel discusses the recent rumors surrounding Miguel Cotto and James Kirkland and the likelihood of it landing on HBO PPV. Cotto has not fought since the super fight between him and Saul “Canelo” Alvarez last September in which he dropped the lineal WBC middleweight championship. Coincidently enough, Kirkland’s last outing was a KO loss to Canelo as well.

Other highlighted areas of conversation will include the recent reports speculating Deontay Wilder’s next defense of his WBC heavyweight championship against Alexander Povetkin in Russia. As a true Bomb Squad believer, Nes will likely have plenty to add on the situation surrounding the champion being forced to travel.

Of course, the panel will discuss the upcoming fights for the weekend highlighted by the rematch between Terry Flanagan and Derry Mathews for Flanagan's WBO lightweight title. Also in action in this shallow weekend of fights, David Lemieux returns to fight James De La Rosa and Zab Judah continues his career.

And, of course, we will be taking live calls on air from you the voice of the people. From Alumni to first-time callers, we encourage everyone to call 646-478-3068 to voice your opinion. And remember you can express your opinion in writing by becoming part of the team and writing for the site- contact Mario Mungia or Nestor Gibbs at Theboxingvoice@yahoo.com. Potential for substantial growth within the field of boxing journalism.
