Oscar Cruz was selected to the Texas DPS’ Mobile Incident Response Team – M.I.R.T., and appointed as Assistant Team Leader, supervising collision investigations and reconstructions to Texas Department of Public Safety officers and police agencies. In 2004, Cruz launched Major Incident Reconstruction Technologies to perform similar work for in the private sector, for civil law firms. Cruz also trains police departments on major incident investigation, reconstruction and technologies.
