This is episode 3 in a series of at least ten shows devoted to the impact on civil liberties of laws passed since 9/11/2001 to enhance national security.

Attorney Donna M. Adler leads us chronologically from the events of September 11th and the 9/11 Commission Report through several major pieces of legislation, such as the Homeland Security Act, the Patriot Act, Patriot II, the Military Commissions Act, and a number of laws directed to enhancing that national capacity to fight terrorism.

Today we address breakdowns in domestic and foreign systems.
