While, the outer world might still appear to be on fire, they reflect to us all, harness your power and maintain your life force. AKA never let your Agni diminish. Their relation with what it means to invoke JOY with their inner and outer humanity. While some nations and practices might frown upon too much JOY. They shout BACK to all of HUMANITY….LET THE JOY IN. Their Hearts and STOMACHS (practice maintaining the perfect amount of JOY in every moment. While, nurturing their heart and passionate action they remember there is a balance between moving with those summer beats and strolling effortlessly along the oceans shore.
