Mango Lassi
Ingredients 1 cup chopped very ripe mango 1 cup plain greek yogurt or coconut yogurt 1/2 cup coconut milk (or coconut water) 4 teaspoons honey or coconut sugar, more or less to taste Pinch ground cardamom and cinnamon 1 sprig of fresh mint 1/4 cup fresh or dried coconut flesh
