More Money, But No Benefits, or Less Money, with More Benefits.

After the pandemic, job security seems to have taken on a new meaning. Do you agree? You might, or you might not. So many employees had to make a decision about where they were gonna go with their careers during the COVID area. Some people have not returned to the traditional site of the workplace, like the office. Many people work from home. Many people have had to change jobs. Many people have had to close businesses, or have had to restart businesses that suffered during the pandemic. Then we have under the table jobs and independent contractors. Independent contractors receive all of their money from the work that they do, but they have to structure their own tax returns and they don't often receive a benefits package. A lot of people cringe at the idea of not carrying medical insurance, or retirement benefits. How about you? Let's talk.
