Are transgender folk the only people who identify themselves with something different than what people see? What about other situations that we may not think about all the time? Examples? Let's look at some. We know that we can't argue well with our DNA makeup, but with adoption, we can grow up with and identify with a different family than the one we were born into. Do you think that people who were adopted always identify with their adopted family? What about people who weren't adopted by a family legally, but are loved by that family? What about people who grew up poor, or grew around people who they didn't think that they fit in with?
