So, it's the new year. A lot of things will happen. A lot of thoughts will go through our heads. The new year is more than balls dropping, crowds cheering, black-eyed peas, greens and cornbread. A lot of people will buy gym memberships, plan vacations, clean out closets, delete people from their phonebooks and friend's lists, etc.. Why do people end relationships at the end of the year? Does it help? It may be true that people will try to start, or end the things that they can control. For example, you might be able to end a relationship, or a marriage, but can you end the feelings that you have about them? You may begin to workout and eat better, but can you end your urges to overeat and be lazy? We think that ending things is the thing to do, but is it? Is it really? Does the end always bring beginnings? Sounds right, right? Let's talk.
That's what we're talking about today at 1PM ET on The Urban Therapy with Sun Show. Check this out: https://youtu.be/_cM23kdWPmU
