Nobody likes to go to court. Many people don't like the terms of a settlement either. Sometimes it's necessary when people are at odds and one or both sides really think that they are right. That's when you have to take legal action and let a 3rd party decide who is right, or wrong in a situation. In other words, you may have to sue. Are you ready for that? Can you take a friend, or a relative to court and still keep mutual acquaintances from taking sides, or alienating the other? For some people, taking someone to court is a very last resort, when all attempts at a reasonable compromise has failed. For other people, they will sue you in a minute. Nonetheless, most people would probably agree that things can never be the same if the courts become involved. So, have you ever done it? Have you ever had to take a friend, or family member to court to sue them? Would you? Let's talk about this.
That's what we're talking about tonight at 7PM ET on The Daily Gogetemism Show. Check this out: https://youtu.be/dOPLILBrupg
