We have all heard of the jailhouse snitch. The person who shares a cell with you in jail, who listens to you confess your crimes and uses the information that you give him to get you convicted and get himself a lighter sentence. What about work? A lot of people befriend people at work and there might be times when people become so friendly at the job, that they might start to do things that violate company policy. Things like signing each other in, covering for each other when one person is late for work, or coming back from lunch. What happens when someone reports to management what other coworkers have been doing? What could be the motivation for doing that? Does the snitch get something for telling on someone? Is snitching a word that would even apply to workplace activity? What would be someone's motivation for snitching at work, or calling someone a snitch? Let's talk.

That's what we're talking about today at 1PM ET on The Urban Therapy with Sun Show. Check this out:  https://youtu.be/csmIfVHu2So
