Psychologically speaking, it's always a good thing to get your problems and concerns off your chest. It helps to express yourself and sometimes get feedback about the things that have been bothering you. That's from a mental therapy and psychological perspective. From a personal perspective, things may not be that easy. From a personal perspective, you may be keeping things private. You may be keeping things secret. It may not be the best time to say things. There may be people who would be better served to not hear what you have to say. Many people have been abused. Some people have endured the abuse, seen the abuser change somewhat and have either forgiven the abuser, or have moved on from the abuser. They might not want to relive the abuse by talking about the abuse. Sometimes talking about things that have happened in the past can make you mad all over again. Everybody is not a good person to talk to about things. Know what I'm talking about? let's talk about this then.
