The streets were supposed to be shut down and the quarantine was supposed to be in effect, but people were out in the streets and still gathering, even in secrecy. In 2021, there was stimulus money and we thought we were safe because of the vaccinations, so the cookouts and gatherings were going down. This 3rd year of COVID is showing us a different view.
