Maybe you grew up without a father. Maybe you were always the shortest in your class. Maybe your parents were very strict and wouldn't let you do things that your friends did. Maybe you had to go to church all the time. Maybe you didn't get to sys the things that you wanted to say. Maybe you had to share a room, bed, clothes, etc. Maybe you didn't have any money. Maybe you grew up in the projects. Maybe you didn't have any bothers and sisters. Maybe your parents played favorites. Maybe you had to start paying rent at a young age. Maybe your parents didn't raise you. Maybe you had to take care of a sick parent when you were very young. Maybe you had to babysit a lot. Maybe you had to follow in someone else's footsteps, whether you wanted to or not. Maybe you were expected to follow a certain career path that you didn't want to follow. Maybe you got teased a lot. Maybe you had to fight all the time. Maybe a whole lot of things. What would you change, if you could? Have you changed the impact of those things as an adult? Have you made a different way for your children?
That's what we're talking about today at 11AM ET on Urban Therapy with Sun. Check it out: https://youtu.be/eDASzzstF8U
