We know that trraditionally, men have had to step up to the plate to be the head of the family and to protect the tribe. Has he had to do so at the expense of being seen as loving and affectionate? What happens when men don't live up to the macho hype? Are they seen as soft? Weak? Feeble? Punks?
Nowadays, women are the head of their families and they often have to do the job that a man is probably supposed to do in the family. Has it made today's women appear to be too tough? Too masculine? Too negative? Too hard? Lacking femininity? Women are working on jobs that were traditionally held by men. Jobs like construction worker, mechanics, furniture movers, electricians, welders, etc. Have they had to adopt a masculine persona in order to thrive in those environments? Has their roles on certain jobs, coupled with lack of a man in the home impacted the feminine touch that they have usually displayed for their children? Are men and women too hard today? Let's talk about it.
That's what we're talking about tonight at 7 PM ET on The Daily Gogetemism Show. Check this out: https://youtu.be/p5x3G4PxjRc
