At the 10 year mark, what will you have done to make it to the 11th year? I'm thinking that after 10 years, you probably haven't just been winging it. If so, that's a lot of winging it, and it is probably more of a way of life for you than just something that you have been allowing. Have you found what you have been looking for after 10 years, in most cases? Have you found more of what you haven't been looking for?  Chances are that just because it's been 10 years doesn't mean that everything is good, but it SHOULD mean that you have learned SOMETHING. No? If you are on a job for 10 years, it doesn't necessarily mean that you have found the best job for yourself, it could mean that you have found one that you could get comfortable with though.
