When we say that we would do anything for someone, it's usually someone that we love, or care about. That only makes sense. Even decent people will take advantage of opportunities, if they think that will be no repercussions, or they think that they won't have to pay back anything.
What happens when you say tell someone that you would do anything for them and they cash in on that declaration? What does saying that you would do anything for someone really mean? Do we think about what we're saying before we say this to someone? Do we only say it to safe people? The kind of people that we know wouldn't take it too far? When someone pushes the limits on asking you to do something for them, is it your fault for saying it to them, or is it their fault for asking for things that are out of bounds? Would it be better to keep the fact that you would do anything for someone a secret to yourself, or does it only count when you actually say it?
That's what we're talking about this morning at 11 AM ET on The Daily Gogetemism Show. Check this out: https://youtu.be/a7zKW-bCkTU
