For example: Your coworkers might think that you are upset about a raise or promotion that you didn't get, but the truth is that you're upset that because the coworker that you have been creeping around with is having another baby with his wife. Many of us carry resentment about things that happened to us when we were much younger. Some of those things aren't things that we would discuss with anyone.
