He Said That She Looked Older Than Her Age. Reality Or An Excuse?

This has been going on for as long as I can remember, but what's up with it? What's up with the older guys that get with young, underaged girls? They often say that the girls of this generation look much older than the girls of their own generation. What does that have to do with anything? Does your body shape make you an adult? Are there any other clues that should alert a man that a girl who says that she is of age, might be lying? ARe these young girls really lying to these men, and if so, for how long? Is it possible that some men don't really care if a girl is underaged? Could it be that some men just like young ass? 

What can we do about this situation, because threaten violence and go to court?
