Should you be able to film anyone doing anything in the world as long as it's in public? Is any and everything fair game out there?
We all have cellphones with cameras on them and many people know how to edit video. They can make any photo say what ever they want it to say and people will be influenced to believe it. Is that okay?
Cellphones have been used to prove improper police conduct. Sometimes it has failed to lead to a conviction, or even an arrest. Is it useful?
MANY PEOPLE DO NOT WANT TO BE FILMED, OR HAVE THEIR PICTURES TAKEN. SHOULD THEIR WISHES BE RESPECTED? How would we regulate that if we wantted to?
Should certain businesses have a no filming disclaimer posted in their venues?
Let's get all the way into this one.
