Black folks definitely suffer from PTSD, but just like many of our conditions, we don't even know it. We can't see it. Why should an entire people have to live an entire life, having to accept racism? The violence, psychological effects and and aftermath of it. The violence being shown on ?? is the violence that Black folks have been forced to deal with personally for generations. Have we been desensitized by it, or have we become forever frightened by it? What's the difference between white military people who suffer from PTSD after returning from war and Black people who suffer from PTSD after returning from war? Is there a difference?
