We know that by and large that the African American Christian experience is the child (the product) of the European religious and scriptural development.

Is the Africa American Muslim’s narrative a reworking of an Arab or Middle Eastern narrative?

The development and preservation of bible text and its numerous translations transverse the  European Dark Ages coming into the Renaissance, the King James alterations, the influence of Martin Luther, the Age of Enlightenment, the founding of America – this and more is the pathway of bible development that speaks of the Bible and Bible understanding from an Eurocentric history and perspective. Is this trajectory suitable for African Americans?
