Bring Back the Family is Celebrating Black History Month. "We make History everyday". Join us as we highlight African American contributions throughout history that are still felt today. Many of these inventions we take for granted such as a simple bike frame for riding a bike. The first African American to invent and patent a bicycle frame that could be folded or taken apart for easy storage came from Isaac Johnson. Also, the struggle Blacks endured receiving US patents.
