Chatting With Sherri welcomes Jacqueline M. Dodd an attorney who advocates for children!
"Throughout my career I have had the privilege to work with families, children, police officers, other professionals, court staff and fellow attorneys, to better the lives of individuals in the community. I would like to continue this mission through helping juveniles, children, parents and families in my community rebuild their lives and restructure their families."
Jackie Dodd is an attorney who advocates for children. Her practice encompasses special education, juvenile and family law. Jackie handles everything from attending ARD meetings, reviewing IEP paperwork, advocating for evaluations, and informal settlement negotiations all the way through filing a request for a due process hearing and assistance in either mediation or a final trial. Jackie has a strong passion for assisting those with special needs since she is a mother of a child with Down syndrome. She has been in the special education scene both as a mother and an attorney. Jackie has a compassionate heart and an understanding of the law and will work for your family to get your child the education they are entitled to receive and the education they deserve.
