Hudson Leick’s Healing Heart Yoga Retreats provide a haven where people can learn to create a safe place within themselves. Our yoga retreats strive to offer an awareness to nourish, nurture, and to heal, while providing a refuge for personal growth.
Hudson also has created a Yoga DVD and she has a new on on the way and she has written a book about healing emotions through, Yoga, meditations and healing oils.
