TODAY IN PART FOUR of Revilo Pendleton Oliver’s “Reflections on the Christ Myth,” we present the section entitled “Stoicism,” a look at a philosophy and moral system that achieved great popularity in the late Classical period of our civilization, and to some degree maintained compatibility and continuity with the ancient religions of Greece and Rome. In order for us to understand how to free ourselves from Jewish power, we must first understand how the alien new creed of Christianity, based in part on a revolutionary Jewish sect, took over European civilization. Dr. Oliver gives us the knowledge we need. In order to properly understand this chapter on Stoicism’s part in the evolution of our race’s thought, you should first listen to parts one through three of this series. Stoicism was a part of the background and prevalent mindset as Christianity emerged.
