Darryl Clark's Progressive News Weekly with Mr. Adrian Council, Mr. Kevin Porter

Returning to PNW will be: Mr. Kevin Porter (author, engineer, Executive Director of 'Man Made Mentoring', and educator).  Kevin will weigh in on the specific current state of African Americans (who are statistically disproportionately impacted by societal pressures) with a focus on solutions, seeking a positive change.  Mr. Porter will also discuss specific related topics from his book: "Angry Little men: Hypermasculinity, Academic Disconnect and Mentoring African American Males".  Joining Mr. Porter will be Mr. Adrian Council publisher and Co-founder of "The Positive Community", (a magazine and website advocating positive change especially in the Black community). Given what is going on in society to African Americans [at all levels], this brief discussion will serve as the backdrop for a more comprehensive discourse with specific proposed solutions in the weeks ahead.  You are encouraged to participate in this dialog to help correct long standing issues in our society and specifically in the African American community.
