Mare Cromwell is an award-winning author, sacred gardener, and former worm herder. She has studied with Native medicine elders for 18 years and sits on the World Council for Wisdom Gatherings. Mare is currently working on her third book, The Great Mother Bible due out in the summer of 2014. Her second book Messages from Mother…. Earth Mother is a precursor to this third one. Mare loves to walk barefoot on the ground. Or dance barefoot outside too.

Mare is coordinating a Great Mother Wisdom Gathering to be held Sept 12 – 14, in Thurmont, MD. The purpose of this event will be to honor and learn more about the Great Mother from different traditions including Native ones and to share wisdom teachings about her. The gathering will be infused with a strong Eco-Love, sustainability focus also.
