Stories From The Road: A Photographer's Journey

Rikk Flohr is a professional photographer, graphic artist and teacher based in the Twin Cities area of Minnesota.  In addition to operating a full-time studio in Apple Valley, Minnesota and shooting corporate events nation-wide, he travels the US and beyond teaching photography and image editing in workshops, seminars and one-on-one sessions.  Three times he has served as Artist in Residence at Badlands National Park and continues to offer twice yearly workshops to the Badlands.  Rikk is also a veteran of six seasons of photographic tours to Costa Rica.
 
Rikk has taught software at CorelWorld, PowerPoint Live, the Presentation Summit, Adobe’s Photoshop and You and a host of other events. He was a columnist for CorelDraw Unleashed Magazine. Currently, Rikk is the author and chief “Cropist” at the Holy Crop! Blog – a blog devoted to all things compositional and cropping. There is nothing he likes better than a Road Trip and it isn’t unusual for him to take off for three weeks and return home with 7000 miles traveled and thousands of images captured.
