The officer who handcuffed a little girl who allegedly threw a tantrum and kicked one of her teachers who was trying to calm her down has been fired. The officer's body cam showed the child crying and begging the officers not to place the restraints on her wrists and to please let her go. She also told the officers she didn't want to go to the police car. The child was told, "You have to." Also, one of the officers tells the teachers at the school that the move was necessary and that they wold have placed regular handcuffs on her and not zip ties "if she was bigger."
