Coaches question, what makes a basketball program or team successful? My thoughts
1. Buy In- from Players and parents
2. Team chemistry
3. Player development
4. Coach to the players skill set.

The biggest problem out of all of these. Is the parent buy in, if parents don’t have a realistic gauge of where there kids skill level are. That parent will never have any buy in, because they will always have a complainant about something.

Parents what are your thoughts?  I have my perspective but would love to hear yours.  This was a great conversation piece, but the post didn't have many takers.  Join us tonight as we add our 2cents to the conversation.
