Transfer Rule, Our High School Students .... From A Parent's Perspective

While listening to a great conversation on this subject today, some things came to mind and my immediate question cause me to want to further address this topic.  Whether we are talking about basketball, football, soccer, hockey, or even track & field.  This topic requires some clarification at the highest level of high school sports.  Students transferring from one public school to another.  My emphasis isn't as much on from a public to any form of private school, just within the public sector.  Parents I know many of you have some valuable insight on this subject and hope you will share it with our network of parents.  At some point in time, which should be now this issue must be addressed and a unwavering policy must be formed.
