Parent Perspective w/Frank Hassell

Former Old Dominion product, Frank Hassell is having success with the Hapoel Holon team in Israel. In the first round of the EuroChallenge, Hapoel Holon defeated Armia 84-69 and Hassell had a huge game. Hassell finished with a double-double, finishing with 22 points and 15 rebounds. For his performance, Hassell received the Eurobasket.com Player of the Week award for Round 1. Hassell is having a solid year for the Hapoel Holon team. In four games, Hassell is averaging 15.8 points, 12.0 rebounds, and 1.8 blocks per game for the team. Hassell played this summer in the NBA Summer League for the Atlanta Hawks, averaging 5.0 points and 4.2 rebounds per game in five games. He spent last season in the NBA D-League and averaged 10.6 points and 6.9 rebounds per game in 39 games.
