Jesse & Tammy Storr: Deception and Lies Breed Discontent and Apathy: Enemies of ONENESS

Brothers and Sisters, tonight we continue our dialogue regarding the relationship of deception to perception and its affect on ONENESS in marriage. In review, we understand deception is defined as lies perceived (Perception) as truth without respect for truth. In fact, lies masquerading as truth is the greatest form of deception. And we must remember we can deceive individually or we can be deceived collectively. Just remember if you or someone else represents or tells you a lie and you believe it as truth, then you have been deceived. Ignorance on the other hand is simply you don't know; what role does this play in our ability and our belief that ONENESS (Genesis 2:24) is possible In celebration of February of Black History Month, we elected to research the elements associated with race. What is Race? When some people use the "race" they attach a biological meaning, still others use "race" as a socially constructed concept. It is clear that even though race does not have a biological meaning, it does have a social meaning which has been legally constructed and used as law for good or for evil. Social Construction defines race as a vast group of people loosely bound together by historically contingent, socially, and significant elements of their morphology (study of structure of some thing's related parts or ancestry.
