HONORS: Academic All-Mountain West (2014, 2015). 

2015 (SR): Appeared in all 13 games as the team’s long snapper… Had two tackles on the season as he tied his career high with two stops at Utah (9/11)… Earned academic all-Mountain West honors. 

2014 (JR): Served as the team's long snapper in all 14 games... Recorded two special teams tackles during the season, both at BYU (10/3)... Earned academic all-Mountain West honors. 

JUNIOR COLLEGE: Spent the 2010 season at Tyler (Texas) Junior College. 

PREVIOUS SCHOOL: Played in all 12 games as a freshman in 2009 at Louisiana-Monroe, serving as the team's long snapper... Recorded one tackle on the season at Arizona State. 

HIGH SCHOOL: Earned Texas Class 6A Region I District 7 first-team honors at tight end as a prep senior at Euless Trinity (Texas) High School... Caught 10 passes for 199 yards during his senior season... Helped Trinity HS reach No. 1 in the state of Texas and garner national rankings as it finished the season 13-1 after an upset loss in the region finals... A national honor society member. 

PERSONAL: One of five sons of Lemaefe and Tania Galea'i... Brother, Lemaefe Jr., is an offensive lineman at Oklahoma State... Served a two-year LDS Church Mission in Nuku'alofa, Tonga, from 2011-13... Will graduate from Utah State in the spring of 2016 with a degree in exercise science... Name is pronounced Sal-a-no-ah Nah-lay-eye.
