Pierre Desir repeated as a first-team all-MIAA cornerback for Lindenwood. Desir was one of the most feared defenders in the nation as opponents constantly avoided passing the ball in his direction. When the ball was thrown his way, he took advantage by having a league-high 1.33 passes defended a game. He finished the season with four interceptions and eight breakups. He also finished seventh on the team with 44 tackles and had two other turnovers with one fumble recovery and one forced fumble. Lindenwood football player Pierre Desir was named to the Daktronics Super Region #3 First-Team on Thursday. Desir received the most votes at the cornerback position. Desir finishes his career as a four-time all-MIAA selection, including three first-team selections. He is second all-time in MIAA history in career interceptions and first in career passes defended. The East West Shrine game invite is one of the top small school NFL Draft Prospects in the nation.
